Access Call Recordings

Scope:

This document will explain how to access call recordings from within the manager portal

Requirements:

  • Access to Manager Portal

Accessing Call Recordings


  1. Navigate to the manager portal and log in

  2. Click on Call History
    ​

  3. Click Filter to find the call you need by Date, User, Call Type, Caller Number, and Dialed Number
    ​

  4. Click Listen to hear the recording
    ​

  5. Click Download to download the call as a .wav file and play it back on your PC or send it to someone else
    ​

Retention


Call recordings are stored for a minimum of 30 days on a best effort basis. They may be held longer but there are no guarantees regarding total hold time. If you need longer storage options please contact your service provider


Bulk Download

There is currently no way to bulk download recordings from the portal. There are scripts available to do it via Bash. But we will not be able to provide support for the use of the script.
