How to access VM
1. Dial *97, 5001, or press the VM button that looks like an envelope
2. Dial the VM pin followed by the # (default is zipcode. Example "84123#")
3. Listen to the prompts to access VM messages or setup VM greeting
How to transfer calls
1. While on a call, press the transfer button displayed on the screen OR the button that has an image of a phone pointing to another phone to get ready to dial
2. Dial the extension or phone number you want to transfer to and hit:
Send - call and speak to the person before transferring, when ready to transfer hit "Transfer" button on the screen
B Transfer/Blind Transfer - send the call straight over to the person you're intending to transfer to without speaking to the person
How to setup conference calls
1. While on a call and adding a third person (or more), press "Conf/Conference" button on the screen or the button with an image of 3 people to get ready to dial.
2. Dial the extension or number you want to join the conference call and hit "Send" to call the additional person.
3. When the person you called picks up, press "Conf/Conference" to complete the conference all. Now everyone should be able to hear each other. To add more just follow the steps again.
