Go to the "Auto Attendants" and click "Add Attendant"
Copy the phone number to the "Name" box and add "-Solicitor" on the end (ex. 4354551289-Solicitor). Use the last 7 digits of the phone number as the Extension. Select "default timeframe". Select "Add" to complete.
Hit ctrl+F or command + F to search for the AA using hte phone number and select on the option to configure it.
Upload pre-recorded message for no solicitors menu prompt (you can download it from another solicitor AA)
Select button "1" and select on "User". Search for the phone number until it auto-populates and select on the pop up. Uncheck the "Enable enhanced voicemail" and click "Save"
Don't forget this step:
Go to the "Inventory" tab
Click on "Filter" and search for the phone number
Set the treatment to "auto attendant" and search for the auto attendant you just created. Click "Save"
Always conduct a test call to completion to make sure the calls are routing properly.
