Scope

Holidays allow you set specific days in which the PBX will route calls to a different location. You should review your holiday schedule once per year to ensure they are correct.

Items Needed

  • Call routing user (usually 4000) needs to have the Holiday Time Frame enabled

  • Office Manager access to PBX.io

Configure Holiday Schedule

  • Using any web browser log into PBX.io

  • From the top navigation bar click on Time Frames
    ​

  • Click on Holidays
    ​

  • Add a new holiday by clicking the green

  • Click in the left box to open the calendar
    ​

  • Click on the start date

  • Click on the right box to open the calendar

  • Click on the end date

  • Click Save
    ​

Conclusion

The schedule will go into effect when that day arrives.
