Scope
Your PBX includes pre-installed Music On Hold recordings. However you may change these at any time to custom music or even custom messages.
Items Needed
Access to PBX.io as Office Manager role or higher
Audio files you will be uploading. You should hold the licenses to these files, or they should be license free.
The sampling rate of all files used within the system is 8000Hz mono and encoded in 8-bit PCM u-Law.
Access Music On Hold
Using any web browser log into PBX.io
Using the navigation bar at the top click on Music On Hold
Click on Add Music
Click on Browse and select any MP3 or WAV file from your computer
Enter a Song Name
Click Upload
The page will refresh and you will see your newly uploaded selection.

Your pre-installed music on hold will now be replaced with your newly uploaded selection.You may use any music files you wish. Please keep in mind that certain songs may have licensing restrictions. You bear the responsibility for ensuring that you have the rights to use the selected music.
