Polycom VVX: Find IP Address

Scope:

The following steps will show you how to find the IP address of your Polycom VVX series IP phone.

Requirements:

  • Polycom VVX Series IP Phone

Find IP Address

  1. At the handset press the Home button

  2. Press the Right Arrow button until you get to Settings. Press the center select button.

  3. Scroll down to Status and press the center select button.

  4. Scroll down to Network and press the center select button.

  5. Scroll down to TCP/IP Parameters... and press the center select button

  6. From there you will see the listed IP Address
