Transferring Voicemails From the Manager Portal

Once logged in, navigate over to Messages

On the voicemail that you want to send, press the right-arrow icon.

Enter the Extension you are sending the voicemail too.

After entering the extension, click the right-arrow to forward.

1. Log in to the Manager Portal
2. Once logged in, navigate over to Messages 

3. On the voicemail that you want to send, press the right-arrow icon. 

4. Enter the Extension you are sending the voicemail too. 

5. After entering the extension, click the right-arrow to forward.

Dial your VM PIN to enter your VM box

On the VM you want to send, Press 3

Press 1 to send the VM to an individual

It is going to say to record your message and press # once you are done. Press # right after the beep.

Dial the destination mailbox (extension) you want to send to

1. Dial 5001
2. Dial your VM PIN to enter your VM box
3. Press 1 for New Messages
4. On the VM you want to send, Press 3
5. Press 1 to send the VM to an individual 
6. It is going to say to record your message and press # once you are done. Press # right after the beep. 
7. Press 2 to confirm
8. Dial the destination mailbox (extension) you want to send to
9. Press 2 to send
