Scope:
The following article will show you how to create a Meeting Room on the SNAP HD feature.
Requirements:
Access to the PBX Portal.
You create a meeting room so that you can go in and out of meetings without having to create a new meeting every time since the meeting will close if no one is in there.
Click Create A Meeting Room.
After that, you will be prompted with the settings of the meeting room. Once you have finished setting it up and inviting people, click Save.
You can go into that room by going to the Rooms section and click on the arrow on the room.
