The following article will show you how to Schedule a meeting on the SNAP HD feature.
Requirements:
Access to the PBX Portal.
How to Schedule meeting
Click Schedule A Meeting.
Once you click on that, you will be prompted with the settings of the meeting, when you are finished setting it up and inviting people, click on Save.
You will see the meeting on the meetings section and will be able to join it there.
