Scope:
The following article will show you how to join a meeting on the SNAP HD feature.
Requirements:
Access to the PBX Portal.
How to join a meeting on a computer:
If you have an invite link:
After you have clicked on the link provided, you will be prompted to enter your Login Name and Password. If you have a login to the PBX you will enter that.
If you do not have a login to the PBX then you will need to click on Join As Guest and then enter your name and an email. The last box will be populated with a meeting ID.
When you join a meeting for the first time, it will prompt you for access to your microphone and camera. Click Allow for both of the pop-ups.
After that, you will be able to turn on or off your Camera, Microphone, and Screenshare for when you enter the meeting. Once you have set your options, click on Join.
Now you are in the meeting.
If you have a login to the PBX and have the meeting id:
Click on Join A Meeting.
After that, you will be prompted for the meeting ID. Once you enter that click Next.
When you join a meeting for the first time, it will prompt you for access to your microphone and camera. Click Allow for both of the pop-ups.
After that, you will be able to turn on or off your Camera, Microphone, and Screenshare for when you enter the meeting. Once you have set your options, click on Join.
Now you are in the meeting.
