Scope
The default behavior of a Call Queue is to play the domain's music on hold. It is possible to change it so a caller will hear ringing instead.
Items Needed
Office manager or above access to the Manager Portal
Ringback.wav file
Download Ringback File
Click this link to download the ringback.wav file.
Upload to Call Queue
Log into the Manager Portal http://pbx.io
Click on Call Queues
βTo the right of the queue you want to edit click on the Edit MOH icon
βClick the Add Music button
βClick Browse to select the ringback.wav file from your computer
Enter Ringback in the Song Name field
Click the Upload button

Conclusion
Callers entering this queue will now hear ringing instead of your music on hold.
