Call Queues Add Ringback

Scope

The default behavior of a Call Queue is to play the domain's music on hold. It is possible to change it so a caller will hear ringing instead.

Items Needed

  • Office manager or above access to the Manager Portal

  • Ringback.wav file

Download Ringback File

Upload to Call Queue

  • Log into the Manager Portal http://pbx.io

  • Click on Call Queues
    ​

  • To the right of the queue you want to edit click on the Edit MOH icon
    ​

  • Click the Add Music button
    ​

  • Click Browse to select the ringback.wav file from your computer

  • Enter Ringback in the Song Name field

  • Click the Upload button
    ​

Conclusion

Callers entering this queue will now hear ringing instead of your music on hold.
